How does it work ?
There are three ways of fundraising with Yim Creations.
Your organization has the option run an online fundraiser using a promotion code on the Yim Creations website. This will allow tracking of how many orders are placed by customers in support of the organization. With this method, the organization is alleviated from having to deliver product or collecting any money. However, this method does require dedicated posting and promotion by all members of the organization to get the word out to possible customers. Online code must be used for the organization to receive credit for the order.
Your organization has the option to sell and collect funds in person with an order form and then send in all orders together. This method is a little more interactive, but it is a great way to sell. If this method is chosen, there will be a two to three week period from order turn date to order shipment date. Please plan your turn in and delivery dates accordingly. With this method, shipping will subtracted prior to organization receiving payment funds. If the organization is within a two hour radius there will be a possibility of hand delivery to lower cost of shipping.
Your organization also has the option of a combination sale method to allow for in person and online sales. This method still requires the two to three week waiting period. The online sale and in person turn in date will be set as the same to keep from possible date confusion on Yim Creations or the organizations end. Both online code and shipping rules apply in regards to this method.
